What are the Major KPI's we can use for the Warehouse Management?

I think follow can be main KPIs..

1. FIFO - first in first out
2. OTIF - on time in full
3. Efficient and Timely deliveries
4. Safe and Secure stacking /storage
5. Clean, clear and healthy workplace
6. Accurate reporting as well as data entry
7. Stock accuracy

We can use many such as picking intervals/timing/capacity of staff and how many needs to pick or pack or ship.

We can add a KPI for Quality Assurance and many others.
