Should we revise the baseline schedule after approval of each project control change notice?

Revised shcedule mean that the change impacted on the BL Schedule and extension of time has been approved, in this case the answer of your question is YES

After approval of any significant scope change which impacts the total duration of the project, the baseline schedule needs to be revised.

Revised schedule means, with reference to Baseline plan, a revised plan will be submitted to client for approval.

Imho, we should not change the final baseline after scope freeze and final deployment. Scope creeping is usually handles differently. Eacb change should be managed by proper change control mechanism, this will allow us to xompare final baselines with changes made. A change usually do not ask for a baseline revision.

The revision of a starting point for projects is most certainly essential when there are changes in projects and decision making processes. Different plans require different outcomes therefore different consequences are expected when the project doesn't go according to plan and therefore must be weighed according to the extent of these consequences by reviewing and comparing the different approaches to the project proposals
