What is the relationship between talent, creativity and scientific research? How can the company develop this relationship?

Talent is basically the potential within the person to accompalish some task . Creativity is the skill utilisation in doing that task by using certain resources. Scientific research is basically taking the task to a certain hiigher level for inductrialisation through innovations & experimentations based upon research. Comapny can develop this relationship by searching the talent pool & encouraging them through trainings & allocation of other resources required for reaearch & develoment.
