First of all you must have a clear plane & schedule about production.

Your resources must be in OK condition in all aspect.

You must have accessories which are mostly used on the stand by condition.

continous  cross check your working conditions and enviroment.

Properly and continous  monitor  activties  and record keeping these are the basic tool through which you can control your production.
