Which has the greater effect on leadership skills? qualifications or experiences?

Experience is the most imporatnt and has greatest effect  specially in Leadership rather than qualifiacations,

Both are important, it is true that the qualifications that help us to have faster and better experience, but still preferred the experience and more importantly  (theory is important, but when this is done for practical and then gain complete knowledge and expertise in a particular job). ..

الاثنين لا يمكن الاستغناء عنهم

ولكن لو تم الاختيار بين الاثنين سيكون الخبره هى التى لها راجح عن المؤهل 

دائما  أصحاب العمل يفضلون  ذوي الخبرة لانهم يعرفون اكثر حتى لو لم يكن جامعي ولكن بمجرد انه لديه الاستطلاع الكامل تقريبا على مجال العمل

sure experience , even experience make you know how use your qualifications

Leadership have no connection with qualification, this skill can be enhanced by experience. But your confidence and attitude really have an effect on Leadership.

Both of them of course, experience and qualifications.
