Formulation and adaptation of contracts and legal translation and knowledge of applicable State law

They assist lawyers in their work. This involve reading and analysing the facts of each legal case. Their objective should be constructive and objective. 

Legal assistants are a lawyer's right hand. They support lawyers at law firms and private practices by creating and maintaining legal files, doing research and writing the first draft of documents. Legal assistants might also look into a case's facts, maintain digital databases, reference law libraries, prepare and deliver affidavits and anything else a lawyer might need during trial.

Legal assistants do lot of works collecting information from the clients...putting the information into required formats.....preparing case notes for arguments....research on the case in hand for supporting precedents and principles of law. My 2 cents. Thanks.
