by following those steps:1- make a work breakdown structure.2- estimate proper time for each task.3- if you can delegate some of the tasks to your work college, then do it.4- don't let your thoughts released in other staffs out of work.5- Be calm, not nervous
Stress and pressure are very common terms at work and usually, we will come across with such problem at regular interval. But don't worry about it and try to compensate it nicely by stress management. Face it simply and don’t give any extra importance to this issue. Remain cheerful, relaxed and pass time with your close friends over a cup of hot Coffey, if you think so. Otherwise, enjoy some movie. It will be ok and you will enjoy your work further.

Take a vacation......its about time
I will dive in my job and my duties at job in order; not to think or allow myself to think about the stress or pressure. Alot of stress cases go worse; because the people keep thinking and focusing on being stressed.
I will look for some Coping Strategies in order to deal fine with the stress.
If my stress went bad; I will ask for help, and not to let things go like this. Because alot of stress might lead me to serious psychological disorders.
