Is this the high time for an EPC employee to leave Oil and Gas sector and look for a job in other sectors before it gets too late?

Not necessarily, this is the time to adopt and adept to new techniques to make EPC contract and the Oil & Gas operations more sustainable manner. Oil & Gas sector is currently testing times and it become a 'new normal' to the industry and the company till the international crude oil price goes beyond $50/ bbl.

NO, its not the high time to leave oil ang gas sector because  our whole system run and dependent over it but we have to go for an alternative which will also serve as oil and gas sector like green energy which work symbiotically.
