How do you involve your team in internal processes?

Excellent, and it's all through one thing what is it?! unquestionably integrity , without it no real success is possible in any team work either it's football, navy or in an office and you can't have it unless you have an outstanding team leader who would go out of his way to boost the self-stem of his personnel.
If people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can accomplish.

Every project is composed of different micro-tasks so in order to keep your team involve, assign the tasks to certain group members as per their knowledge and experienceand give them full empowerment to perform/complete those tasks within specific time period.. by this everybody would have his/her own tasks completely at their discretion, to be completed at a specific time period.
