How to make data backup for quickbook system?

File- Backup-Select Company- Locate distination i.e D.E or F and click the backup brouser

There is an other easy and safe way, that make a file in D, E, or F and copy the quickbook icon on your disktop and past it in the file you made. you can write the date on which you copy.

From the File menu, choose Back Up. Click the Back Up Company File tab. Click the Browse button to change the filename and indicate the backup location. Click Save. Optional: Select other items in Back Up Options area. Click OK.
