Who is the most influential person in your company and why do you believe they are this influential?

The leader among the management team. That is myself in my company but ut doesn't need to be the CEO in all companies.

Leaders are recognized by the owners and therefore they can efffectively communicate with the owners to make the strategic decisions and these are as good as the team.

As with most companies, the CEO or COO is probably the most influential person. They are the ones who set the overall environment in the organization. A CEO or COO acts like a rudder in an organization and helps set the direction of where the organization is moving into.
