I dont find a real help by bayt to find any job and i visit this site long years ago , and through all these year i have only one interview ?

I have a real problem in searching for a vaccancy , first because my field of work is so limited and , the field do not care to uses specialized website to for employment , the other factor for limitation of demand is ths kind of business is link more to men than women despite the commercial and technical parts of this business is not different than any other field of business and thsi limitation is related to culture and not to professionality . so i face a real problem to find any vaccancy through bayt and othre sites and Iam not talking about convenient vaccancy. so what I can do ? .
