KPIs can be used for big, medium & small size organization/business. KPIs be developed for the company, function and each department. Similarly, SMART objectives are also developed for each Manager, Supervisor and engineer or Doctor (in case of medical business). Both these activities are measured on daily, weekly and monthly basis. A monthly KPIs meeting is organized by a TQM Manager; which is attended by the President, Deputy President, General Managers, Managers and Supervisors. Prior to the meeting, TQM Manager receives data from all Managerial staff and prepares Gant chart to illustrate the actual performance & targets. Any deviation is discussed and responsibility is assigned to designated staff on corrective measures. TQM writes the minutes, get it reviewed by the President / Deputy and circulates to all participants for monitoring progress & action.
