We can set a goal for our team by;

And we can track the above goals by;
1. Utilize project management tools, spreadsheets, or online dashboards to track progress visually.

3. Keep everyone informed about progress. Share updates, celebrate wins, and address roadblocks openly.

I have frist of all individualy call and discussed his planes and take suggestion of who achive the task also take some suggestion and feedback that what happend in last month and what he can do for upcoming month.
