Management training is very much reqired for the managers of any company, because leadership and management are two distinctive and complementary system of action. Each has its own function and characteristic activities. both are necessary for success in an incresingly complex and volatile business environment. Strong leadership with weak management is no better, and is sometimes actually worse , than the reverse. the real challange is to combine strong leadership and strong management and use each to balance the other.

Managers should have both training, this will lead them to know when to be act as a mamanger or a leader in there position.
Both are essential for top level managers. While Management Training contains the Technical Skills needed to be a manager (The Know How). Leadership Training fulfills the rest of the Human Skills needed to steer the teams and provide the (Where, When and Why) for subordinates.Nowadays, Top level managers is given a mixure of both Managerial and Leadership skills. a more comprehensive training that uses various of Training Methodlogies that can deliver both types.Thanks
