What is the difference between HR and Admin task?

Responsible for employee related matters such as hiring, within company management while Administration more on to administrative functions like accounting, maintaining the files, database, public relations etc.

• Admin is the head of any company/association/organization/hospital; HR is one of the departments
• Admin- concerned with organization, supervision, decision-making, control, growth; HR deals with human resource, i.e., employees and their management
• Further tasks of admin-accounting, financing, managing supply chain, all this by controlling various other departments; HR-ensuring quality working conditions for the employees; clean environment, friendly attitude between them, addressing health and safety risks, dealing with personal issues of the employees
• Admin Department makes all the laws, rules and regulations, policies; HR has to abide by these and work in accordance to them
• HR reports to the admin; admin itself refers to the corporate board of directors.
• Admin renews contracts, visas, whereas HR appoints to whom visas are eligible.

HR deals with people dimensions From acquisition, development, assessment and managing engagements.

Whereas Admin is providing and maintaining the facillity, transportation and related activities which supports the people in the organization.

la tâche HR est basé sur le suivi des compétences, motivation, études et reflexions sur les qualités cognitives du personnel, ... etc, par contre la tâche Admin est la successions des actions émises pour réaliser les tâches HR ex: clcul de la paie, établissement des états statistques pour besoins formation, suivi des absences, ect...
