There are multiple WCMS platforms in the market today. The top 3 are Adobe Experience Manger , SiteCore and Drupal . If we go by ROI then open source wcm platforms like Drupal would be good for small organizations , the cons being that its based on PHP and not server side Java/j2ee , hence availability of really good developers for PHP would drive the success of the project. And that is a huge risk. In the paid versions of WCM Adobe CQ5 score much more above the rest , because of the breadth and the depth of the solutons offered and ease of integration woth various 3rd party software. The support and marketing cloud contribute to the solution as well. Besides this is the platform which has the highest market reach(see Gartner Magic Quandrant).
