How can I add Arabic fonts to AutoCAD 2016?

• Open plotter manager either from autocad or from the control panel under printers
• open the plotter wizard then chose "system printer" 
• choose the "adobe PDF"  then give it a new name 
• in the last step of the wizard click on "edit printer configuration"
• under "device and document settings" choose "graphics"  
• under "graphics" set "true type text"  to be printed as text instead as graphics.
• now u can use this plotter normally in autocad.

We can add Arabic Fonte to Autocad language setting

Go to the My computer and go c drive and then program files and Autodesk and then AutoCAD 2016 font folder copy the Arabic font.  

In this example, I use AutoCAD 2013. My SHX fonts are stored in C:\\Program Files\\Autodesk\\AutoCAD 2013\\Fonts.

To add any new font to AutoCAD we must have True font file of that specific font. It can be searched on the net if it is currently not available. Each software has Fonts folder in its directory. Copy paste True font file into this directory and restart the software. New font will be available for use.

Download required arabic fonts from various websites and add them to your PC fonts and use them.

install keyboard which bases of arabic words and set as usage workbook insead of common language.

you must dwonload the arabic font sosa and paste it in the fonts folders of the set up folder of autocad
