I agree with the previous opinion, Talent aquisition is changing rapidly in a rapidly changing environment. The biggest I see, especially if you work with agencies if they understand correctly what people you really need in your organization with your specific culture!! If nesessary I do the aquisition myself or with people from my own company, although some recruitment firms do understand what talent you need!!
