In my opinion, the question needs more clarification
Very Important to give product informations to all clients, even clients know all informations about products, they like to discuss about it.
Should it be 'Customer Service experience'?
It is most important to the customer, as it create the good impact when you share the product or service details with the customer.
For customer experience of the sales person sometimes important sometimes not.In B2B and B2C it's different.for example in B2C when customer feel you are fresh customer may not belive to your advices.Or in B2B customer will wonder about the future.for example in aftersales process or in forcemajeour situation what can do fresh staff.So if you are fresh you focus on product on your presentation and on your customer.
It is very important because the customer's end result is supposed to be satisfaction or delight, this has to be achieved by coordination of various activities while dealing with the customer through the sales experience therefore the atmosphere must be very appealing and condusive. The customer offers money for a product, then they expect to get a valuable service in return. On the other hand, it is this experience together with the performance of the product that might determine whether the customer will buy more, come back to but again or be a loyal customer Thanx for the invitation.
In my opinion, sales is very important for business to generate revenue and the experience in sales comes from serving customer needs. Being polite to customer and understanding the requirement and assisting them and making the experience far better from our side makes a executive good in their sales skills.
