What works for a growing organisation? Process orientation or Product Orientation mindset.

To start with, it will have to be the process's. Product's will have to go through trials to start with. Processing is likely to include marketing, with all that surrounds it, finances, management, economy...etc. Product is mostly about quality and the ease of getting the product, all of this comes late in the process.
