How did the "Economic Recession" affect you? (In terms of your role in the organization)

Economic recession affect most employees either directly or indirectly.
Directly: laying off and not substituting exiting employees, no increments or bonus Indirectly: stress and increase of work load and instability For me I can say I was indirectly affected by the economic recession.

Economic recession affects the business , and when business efected every organization will effect proportionaly and when organization effect your role in organization affect too.
