If you didn't find this point on the contract you can complain it to the company.
Overtime basically applies only for wage earning workers/employees not for white collar jobs again depends upon your employment contract.
Denial of wages for overtime is sure breach of obligation from the Employer side, so Employee/Workmen can sure sue the Employer for enforcing to pay the OT wages upon accrual.
