I like different cuisines both Vegetarian & non vegetarian.
How ever if i have to prefer, i will say south Indian food.
here is why
- most of the items are fermented ( Idli, Dosa made of rice flour ) with minimum oil
- easy for digestion & added with different sources of protein like lentils / potato etc.
- those need to be prepared fresh & served hot !
- easily available at any corner of street & its safe as served hot !
- and cost effective !!
- fulfill the hunger !!
