Which is better to apply lean system or kaizen system?

Lean is the opposite of fat and often focuses on removing "waste" sometimes referred to as "moda" in Japanese. Agile/Scrum methodology is better for lean system as it is customer focus, adoptive, quick change management, frequent software release.

Kaizen is the better system to apply becuase if involves contineous improvements.
