1. Wake up early in the morning everyday before sunrise.
2. Hit the Gym and do Meditation for developing physical and mental strength.
3. Have a healthy, nutritious Breakfast.
4. Plan your day ahead, for the tasks which needs to be done and set priorities in executing them(Keep a journal entry).
5. Eat the frog first - Complete the most difficult task for the day first.
6. Leave Office on time and spend some quality time with family.
7. Review your day, on the tasks which you were able to complete, and set targets for the next day.
8. Go to sleep on time.
By following a disciplined approach, we can achieve a happy and successful work-life balance.
Scientifically it takes 21 days to form a new habit, but it depends on how determined we are.
Moreover in my opinion Habits develop into Routine, and Routine becomes the way and standard of life.
Plan, prioritize and act. When you plan you are proactive, always get to see the problem or the task with an idea of the end in sight, consider multiple outcomes and get organized, always keep a positive approach and keep a positive mind. Make sure that before you try to get understood you can understand and form alliances, network, look for help, learn and be discipline
