The employee engagement activities can be many
1. Conducting fun activities periodically to relieve them from the stressful work.
2. Bring the industry experts/motivational speaker for delivering speech.
3. Raise the awareness on innovation of new ideas, and reward them for the ideas.
4. Conduct surveys/Listen to them for feedbacks on what/how to improve.
5. Assign a buddy/mentor program to encourage all employees(all especially new) to guide them.
Motivation is numero Uno.
I always use my PRIDE model when i teach motivation
Make work fun at the same time. SHow appreciation and be honest with yuour feedback. i guess to start with, this is quite enough
