Change scares people. Personally I consider people, human capital serious asset for any organization. Often change affects the back office and these are the people who pitch up and do their thing. For success to be in your future, I consider:
1 Transparency, and have all involved on the levels and areas they are connected,
2 Listen, listen and big picture vision
3 Observe behavior for what it is, says, and get professionals from outside involved to connect all levels and departments of this process. Good planning and structure makes processes more uncomplicated in a complicated process.
