Group dynamics encourages learning from others within the group, increase work effectiveness of individuals within the group and sharing of knowledge. When something is wrong within the group, the weak cog is identified and reshaped either by correcting or proper motivation to fit into a part within the group. This will increase the level of motivation of individual in the group dynamics.
