Once you enter any hotel you should feel that you are VIP and to feel that from the beginning
All Staff( reception, house keeping , room service,....etc) should be always smile and respected with kindly and welcome guest.
The hotel should be well maintenance ( wall - furniture- Plumbing...etc)
The smell of the hotel and rooms.
The view from in and out of the hotel.
At the end of guest stay asked him to filling up form about his feedback with the hotel ((Proposals Notes Complaints)) and the management should take seriously action regarding his feedback.
