Bernaulli equation is valid for incompressible fluids, however a modified form of teh same may be used for gases incorporating the compressibility factor

Generally NO but in one condition.

It is applicable only for Incompressible fluid, but for gasses, it can only be applied if the system is isolated from surrounding i.e if there will be no heat or KE/PE transferred to or from the system.

Yes, Bernouli's Theorm is appliable for all gas mediums. These control the equilibrium of Pressure, volume and temperature carried by the fluid at every section of the pipe and equipment in steady transient state.

Yes it can be used. Bernoullis equation is based on First law of thermodynamics and yes it can be used for gases. Measuring flow through orifice or ventury meters depends on this equation and is widely used in industry for gas flow measurement.

However using equation care has to be taken for assumption that fluid is incompressible, inviscous, and has a constant density throughout its motion.
