The software must be universal and standard which the project  include some people specialist in this field .

Select software that can talk (integrate) with other vital applications in your organization like ERP to have project information seamlessly integrated and available for your decision as a PM or Executive. Primavera is integrable with SAP and ORACLE.

As world wide use , First Oracle , Second SAP , third Great Plains , It depends on the company Budget and the best use of it throught all the company employe as well.

For big project, i advise Primavera Enterprise.

First thing to do with one big project: break it down into smaller projects, and break them again into stages to be developed in time and  the problem becomes less complex.
