They are several qualities which are necessary for a team leader and boss1) He should not be a racist or biased2) He should appreciate its team members.3) He should not get personal in professional relations and should not offended by a junior's innovative ideas , problem solution and logical suggestions if he does not like it he should say thank you for suggestion but i dont agree.4) And most of all he must be humanitarian and just before all.
