To use the resources available in an effective and optimized manner and to appeal to the strengths of different employees.

I think a good superior is communicative.
They are fair and open minded.
They are interested in ideas outside of their own.
They value their employees and their contributions.
They listen.
They are leaders.
They are not afraid to stand in the gap because they have compassion and they are motivated and passionate.
They have a vision for their company and their employees.

The ability to deliver in a simple idea The ability to deal with the different members of the team on their differences ideas or something like that

To be interactive with the members of the team and is aware of the requirements of work and well-liked members of the team work

They are several qualities which are necessary for a team leader and boss1) He should not be a racist or biased2) He should appreciate its team members.3) He should not get personal in professional relations and should not offended by a junior's innovative ideas , problem solution and logical suggestions if he does not like it he should say thank you for suggestion but i dont agree.4) And most of all he must be humanitarian and just before all.
