Which of these leadership skills is more important - Communication Skills or People Skills?

This question is a bit like the chicken and the egg dilemma.....what comes first. All members of a team have skills, that is a taken. However if you cant communicate with them effectively you will never realise the full potential of their skills. Deciding how to communicate and what to communicate about is crucial for the optimum utilisation of the resource. Assuming you have the right team i would say communication is more important.
