Have you ever considered adopting art and innovation into your company culture?

I think what you mean with "Art" you mean the creative work of drawing designing within a team! IDEO have the room for such a creative team to take on any mission based on Their field! And for me personally i have.
My first Job, We had a room for being creative and innovative and i was eating it up since I am an Artist and a creative person.
Unfortunately I was the only one since no one was interested and they were there only to get paid! What i did was creating charts and projects of different topics, for example - Costumer service with in the Telemarketing branch itself! It's had colors and ideas and a thousand other element to it! I hung up a brainstorm board up in my bedroom wall that i use to come for every time something new comes up.
I think every company can do that, and will help them improve the quality of work regardless of their field! plus it will bring the employees together and create a positive atmosphere.
And many companies does that! Microsoft! Apple and many others!
