Most important is not to be panic , you might need to calm yourself sit back evaluate and consider all factor givign quality output means more than fining all work without quality.
When you do relax and analyze you find points of prioritization which you might have completely missed out earlier.
work with deadlines and more urgent matters. It's honestly not the best strategy but it works for most of us.
