What do you think is the most important factor in managing an office effectively and efficiently?

Yes it is really important factor to manage effectively and efficiently because me as a leader of the department, i should be the who the one to set example or a role model of the department.  If i don't display efficiency, i will a useless Human Resources & Training In charge of my company.
