How can we break free from our behavior of the typical liking instead of work in an organization, on nationality basis?

Be more organization-centric, and try to sterilize the work environment of nationalistic influences. This may prove difficult in less liberal nations, but not impossible. Remind them of who pays their wages and salaries, and where their loyalties should lay if they want to continue being employed. But know there is a corporate line where national or sovereign obligations lay and should not be infringed upon.
