My advise as a team leader you must leave your life outside work and you must have a line between you and your team becouse some time when some one in your team didn't do his job you cannot panache him when you share your life with him
Even nobody like this way believe me this the only way to complete the any job on the right way
Team leaders are human beings and things happen in our lives whether we want or not. I don't have switch to turn off my feelings or thoughts. I think we need to have our good days and bad days regardless the reason behind.

rationally speaking where ever I've seen people merging both lives there were clashes at the end. so i'm against. but i respect other's thinking and views..
The Leader's personal life should be completely separate from the work. Several fundamental considerations to ensure the preservation of the leadership and the implementation of business.
Because the nature of the different and contradictory relations
It's a relative question, not absolute... Because you are finally a human... but if there was a family case, it should not affect at your performance job
A Team Leader or any personnel should not mix his/her personal life with offical life. When handling a team he/she should work with the team to achieve goals and hence to meet the KRA.
