At what level is BIM (building information modeling) being currently implemented by employers in Saudi Arabia?

BIM Level in Saudi Arabia is very complicated to identify because of absence of common standards in which all company should comply. Second reason is that not all company impliments BIM. Specially nowadays where AEC industry is  in crisis. Third reason is that each company in Saudi BIM is following their own standard. So if we consider UK Standards (BS 1192), most companies in Saudi is in Level 2. In Level 2, there is collaboration among BIM participants however, model (mostly a duplicate model) is being shared in all participants.
