sure this triangle will be connected from 2 points, so first step will be to make series sum for 2 rsestor and then the result will be parallel sum with another resistor
according to your question it will depend resistance values of resistor,
and the points you selected for measuring resistance.
anyway resistance value will be less than the resistor you are measuring across..... :)
