Where do you see urself after five years ? a common question while interview.what should be the right answer?

This is a very valid question. Should the question be limited only to interview. Shouldn't we plan our lives for the next1,3,5 years? I think we should. But many of us don't plan for the future, we just let our circumstances control our lives. 

Like any other organisation, as individuals we must have a clear future plan for our lives and work towards acheiveing goals as planned.

So when the question comes on an interview we have a real, legitimate and meaningful answer to present.

if current job support for future i will stay otherwise i'll search for better one
