What is the difference between financial and non financial rewards?

Rewards can be defined as a motivations, incentives, or any kind of tangible or intangible support,

Financial Rewards relies on the company and its policies, and can be highlighted in career level, weather in the basic salary, commissions, car allowances, etc,,

however non-financial rewards can be anything based on the company culture and behavior, and it crystallizes as verbal motivations (thank you, Good Job, etc..), time offs, employee of the month, etc..
