 LED system should be composed of :

1- LED chips from relaible supplier with High lm/w output

2- Good LED driver which provides the correct current voltage to the LED's for 

    proper opeartion  

3- Well designed heat sink to have the best heat management.

4- The right optics for optimum lighting distribution
