Which ratio of men member and women member is desirable for a best team?

There is no such ratio, each team member is chosen on merit regardless of sex, race, creed or religion.

In my personal opinion I think that the male leader be more professional to lead the team and this from personal experience .. away from any kind of bias .. and gives opportunities to prove oneself more than female leader
