the decision that change your life:
1- Marriage
2- Changing job
3- Moving house those are examples of hard one.
difficult one is the one you have to do on daily basis without having to affect other peoples life and keep in the same loop.

The most difficult decision to make is in a situation where by you happen to work with your father in-law in the same firm or company, where that father in-law of yours is guilty of fraud and you are to take a disciplinary action against him.
This is indeed a difficult decision to take because it can bring a serious problem into your home and if you let him go unpunished you are bias to the rest of your subordinates.

The most difficult are Private life decision. These decisions will effect your life.

The decisions of changing job or living place also are very important and can effect the life but these are most difficult

To retire.

When you are not sure about the impact explicit factors influencing your decision or you are not sure about your gut feeling while making decision, decision making will be painful.
Work on alternatives, make a decision qualify after swot analysis, make your best effort and let the risk take care of itself.
