like using smart phones or using computers connected to sound card and a full studio tools etc..

It's very simple. There are several solutions today. but if you want to do this in a proper way is worked out, you just need to have an external sound card or one mixing desk ,  a microphone, a software daw (for example protools) and know the mix. Then it's good.

The Mic may be USB or XLR, If it will be USB mic, so, you can directly connect it to your computer, if you will buy a XLR mic, so, you will need Audio interface to connect it to your computer.
