Vision & Mission these are with reference to the Organizational goals and objectives
Strength point to attain the goal are; Dedication, Interest, Concentration.
The rule is very simple,
1- Define your target/goal : where you want to see yourself or ultimate aim to reach in your career or in personal life.
2- Develop Strategy: Once you decide where you want to go then do develop the route or plan of action towards your target.
3- Implementation Phase: When you develop the plan then select the resource, develop your skills and competencies in comparison to your goal and putting them into right way.
4- Evaluation Phase: it’s a continuous process, do review your performance towards the goal and in case of any shortage or deficiencies, do follow the plan B” or chose the alternate. It’s always a good idea to consult from some senior or role model who assists you in this transition phase.
Still you think that objectives are not matched despite of your efforts or resource then not to worry, sometime nature decided a better option for us rather than we plan for purely. Success is not an event, it require continuous effort, determination and efforts.
In start, I wrote, it’s very simple, yet it is but for those who are sincere with them otherwise….. It’s a tough & tiring journey.

Need a burning desire - determination and being optmistic no matter how hard it may look.
Trying to reach your goal will require a lot of guts to take the first ... prepare a plan listing all the tasks required to reach you objective ... indicate the date when you would want to complete the specific tasks ... indicate also if you encounter failures what will be your other option ... day by day ... step by step ... in the end you will achieve your main goal .... it just needs the first step ...
