The most useful skill for a person to acquire is how to deal with people around oneself so that it is a win, win situation for all. Dale Carnegie in his book how to make friends and influence people has correctly stated that it is the best skill a person can acquire. You can be a good engineer or accountant but to succeed in life you need to have good communication and PR skills. And it cannot be done in a day. One has to cultivate it throughout lifetime. One has to be humble, put yourself in the other persons shoes to understand the feeling of the other person. And be careful not to hurt the other persons emotions .As goes the old Chinese saying “A person who walks softly (walking carefully so that he does not bump into others)will go far “. We have enough opportunities to hone this skill if we are in customer service or direct sales.
well mam i think that "nobody is perfect" so everybody need to develop his skills depends on what his job kind.
