How do you manage multilingual team especially in a place like Dubai?

I's not a problem because its 21 century world is a Global Village. we know various culture, most of us use common Language. 

 

Another thing is that Dubai is a center point where people gather from different country, culture and test. 

 

So its easy to manage multilingual team easily in place of Dubai.

By using both languages and trying to break the ice between my employees by building a good social/work relations.

First, agree on a common language, which in this case would English. 2.select individuals from different ethnicicities who are conservant with the English language and make them the representative or spokesmen/women of the other employees from his/her nationality. These selected individuals will help you relate with the other colleagues as the rest will air out their opinions and concerns to the representative and he/she will come and address them to you in the language that you both can understand each other.
